Laura and Chris’s wedding was one of those weddings that make you really love your wedding photography job. First, we had lovely bride and groom, then we had a particularly stylish bridal party, then we witnessed a natural and emotional wedding ceremony and to top it all off, we were blessed with gorgeous light and wonderful locations for photography. We started the day with preparation shots of Laura and her wonderful bridesmaids. The wedding ceremony was held at one of the best spots in Kings Park, near the picnic area off Saw Avenue. The nearby pine trees also happen to be our favourite spot for wedding photography in Kings Park so naturally, we did not venture far for the first lot of shots. Some of Laura and Chris’s portraits taken there, as well as a bridal party group shots are real favourites of ours and we included them in the home page slideshow of our revamped, fancy schmancy website at http://www.objektiv.com.au. We made a brief stop at the well-known, and well-featured on this blog blue boat shed on Mounts Bay Road, before heading off to Swanbourne Beach for some warm late afternoon light. This was a truly special day, and we are truly grateful to have been a part of it.
