Ah, we love weddings! Can’t get enough of them! And we love our friends’ weddings even more, because we get to photograph them, but also have fun.
You will also love this one, it looks like an autumn wonderland. The lovely Pia is a marketing and events professional extraordinaire, and we think the girl’s got great taste (and not just in husbands and photographers ;)
The wedding ceremony was held at the Mercedes College chapel, on a Sunday, one of those great ones, before a Monday public holiday. It was a good thing, because the reception at Bluewater Grill was a blast!
The flowers and arrangements for the reception were done by the amazing Wayne Stubbs, just check out the boutonnieres and corsages! The official cake was a Crouquembouche (a profiterole tower), but to make things even sweeter, each guest got a chocolate, plus a helping at the lolly buffet.
We are very happy the couple decided on something a bit different for their portraits, so the very cool ones with outdoor chandeliers and graffiti are at Howard Lane in the city, and the dreamy romantic evening shots were taken at dusk in Hyde Park.
