We’ve talked about the weather a few times before on our blog, mainly about our theory that the weather just sorts itself out on a wedding day. Case in point, Rebecca and Andrew’s wedding. It rained, rather it bucketed down for most of the day, the day before and the day after, but when didn’t it rain? In between the ceremony and reception for our photos of course .

I will never forget the first time Rebecca phoned in to enquire about wedding photography. The date was the 19th of October 2010, the day I became a father for the first time. Marina and I were in hospital, watching movies and patiently waiting for the little Filip to get moving finally .

Rebecca and Andrew got married at the Munja Gardens in Karnup, south of Perth. Both the ceremony and the reception were held at the venue. The Munja Gardens have some beautiful gardens that we used for location photography. The day was so much fun, and how it wouldn’t be when we had awesome 14 people in the bridal party!

Special thanks to the bridesmaid Lisa, who went out of her way to set up that first shot of Rebecca’s bouquet .
